Storing Supplies
Dye sublimation paper and dye ribbons are susceptible to
damage by heat, bright light, or excessive handling. Store your
printer supplies according to the suggestions in the following
sections.
Dye Sublimation Paper
Store unused dye sublimation paper in a cool, dry, flat place. Do
not touch the shiny side of dye sublimation paper; oil from your
fingerprints can stain the paper.
Dye Sublimation Ribbon
Dye sublimation ribbons can be damaged by heat, ultraviolet
light, fingerprints, and moisture. Store dye sublimation ribbon
in its original carton, in a cool, dark place. Be careful not to
