WARNING:
The cover will stop when raised about 75° above
horizontal. Do not force the cover open wider than 75° above
horizontal.
WARNING:
The thermal print head reaches 400° F during
operation. Take care not to touch the print head if the printer has been
operating.
2.
Using both hands, place your thumbs in the handles on
each side of the ribbon cassette.
The dye ribbon rides in a plastic cassette, embossed with
L
and
R
on the top edge, indicating the left and right sides,
respectively.
3.
Gently lift the front of the ribbon cassette up, then pull
the entire cassette up and toward you.
