3. Click Properties to change the Printer Properties
variables.
The Printer Properties window displays, similar to the one
shown in Figure 5-22.

NOTE:
Customized settings in the Print or Print Options windows
can override settings in the Printer Properties window. The Printer
Properties settings are the default settings for a new print job. Any
changes you make in the Print or Print Options windows will affect
only the current print job.
4. Verify that the Printer Properties variables match your
intended output.
Change any of the Printer Setup variables to suit your
needs:
• Paper source
• Paper size
• Page orientation
• Number of copies
