NOTE:
The supply spindle is toward the rear of the cassette. When
the ribbon is completely used, it is wound entirely onto the front
spindle.

Place the ribbon cassette on a flat surface.
If you are installing the printer’s first ribbon, there will be
no ribbon in the ribbon cassette. Go to “Installing a New
Ribbon” on Page 32.
5.
Remove the spent ribbon.
Installing a New Ribbon
1.
Once you have removed the spent ribbon, place the new
ribbon in the ribbon cassette.
The full spindle must go to the cassette’s rear bay, while the
empty spindle rests in the forward bay. Take care to touch
the ribbon only on the outside (uncoated) surface.
