Route
In the ‘Route’ mode, you can record measurement data that
- when measured at regular intervals - reliably reflect the
operating state of a machine and how it develops. The
measurement locations and their order are defined in
OMNITREND*.
- User-guidance on a route is text- or graphics-based.
- Text-based: Measurement locations are listed with
their name and path in the OMNITREND database in
the order in which they are measured.
- Graphics-based: Measurement locations are dis-
played as graphics (see page 45). The measurement
order may differ from the graphical display. Graph-
ics-based routes can also be displayed on a text basis.
- Settings for the ‘Route’ mode are found in the
VIBSCANNER setup and in the menu of the route
selection window (changes are only temporary)

• Click on ‘Route’ in the menu to open the route selection
window.
• Click on the required route.
