• The RPM can be entered manually or measured before
the shock pulse measurements are performed.
- Manual input:
Set the ‘Mode’ parameter to ‘Manual Input’ and enter the
RPM value

- Measurement:
Set the ‘Mode’ parameter to ‘Measure internal RPM’ or
‘Measure external RPM’² and click on ‘Measure RPM’.
Measure the RPM as described on page 29 and then click
on OK to accept the RPM value.
• Select the ‘Start SIM’ option.

Multimeter
• Press the transducer perpendicular to the prepared
measurement location with sufficient force.

60Hz: 3600 rpm
50Hz: 3000 rpm;
The value is retained after the
instrument is switched off.
If the transducer is permanently installed, connect the
transducer cable to the instrument.
• Click on ‘Start SIM’ to start the measurement.
