EVENT LOG - DISPLAY/DELETE
The front-end Event Log (fedlog) contains a
daily log of the ACD events sent by the Switch
system to the ACD MIS. Fedlogs are only recorded
when Event logging is enabled. This option is enabled
and disabled via selection #2 of the Event Log
Options Menu. Fedlog file naming uses the
following format: fedlog.dms_node.day_of_month.
example: fedlog.0.12 - node 0, recorded day 12
Note: The fedlog selection routine will list the
fedlogs in order (by date) starting with the most
current. Keep in mind that the fedlogs are not
necessarily all associated with the current month.
Once a fedlog has been selected, the date it was
recorded and its size will be presented prior to
execution of the display and delete options.
