Preconfigure the printer and connect it via an IBM parallel
printer cable to the parallel port of the remote terminal.

Use the Device Configuration screen to assign a Remote
Terminal Printer to the same address as the Remote
Terminal.
NOTE: The Remote Terminal must already be configured to the
system.

If reports are being routed to a printer via Windows 98/Me/NT,
verify that the correct printer driver has been installed and

the printer.

Assign the serial port on the DigiBoard to which the external
display will be connected.

Complete and test a datacomm cable connection between the
DigiBoard and the external display and/or remote terminal.
External displays can be wired in star or daisychain confi-
gurations to the host. An external display can also be asso-
ciated with a remote terminal.

Preconfigure the external display and complete the data-
comm connection to the unit before mounting the display.

Use the Device Configuration screen to define the new
external display. Multiple displays can be assigned to the
same serial port. An external display can also be assigned to
the serial port for a remote terminal.
