Table ACDSGRP
Table
ACDSGRP
defines subgroups and customer-supplied recording equipment. It must be datafilled
for each ACD subgroup to be established (maximum 255 subgroups per ACD group.) Datafill Table
ACDSGRP
according to Northern Telecom Common Customer Data Schema, 297-2001-451.

VU-ACD/100 ACD MIS software requires that each ACD group have at least one valid
subgroup assigned. Valid subgroups are assigned by number through field
SUBGROUP
in Table
ASDSGRP
. A supervisor with a valid position ID number must be assigned
within each subgroup. Supervisor position ID numbers are assigned through
SERVORD
.

If the RECORDER option is specified, the following fields are presented:

The type of interface supplied to the auxiliary
device.
If the LINE option is specified, the following field is presented:

connected.
NOTE: If a customer-supplied recording equipment sends continuous off-hook signal to the system, line
should be assigned COD and FRS line options, so an SD point can be wired with the line.
