Transferring the System Program

Press the “return” key to enter the system transfer mode, as shown below.

The NT11S is now on standby for reception. Start transfer of the program by
using the system transfer tool.
When the NT11S starts reception, the screen shown below is displayed.

When transfer of the system program is completed, the NT11S displays the
screen shown below.

7.

Pressing any key when using the system transfer tool will return you to the
main menu screen.

8.

You can quit the system transfer mode and return to the RUN mode by simulta-
neously pressing any two of the four function keys on the panel of the NT11S.
The same result is achieved when the NT11S receives a transfer end instruc-
tion from the system transfer tool.

Points to observe during transfer of the system program

If any of the following events, or a system error, occurs during transfer of the sys-
tem program, the program will not be installed in the NT11S correctly.

S

The power to the NT11S is switched off, or the NT11S is reset, during transfer.

S

The power to the personal computer that is running the system transfer tool is
switched off, or the personal computer is reset, during transfer.

S

The cable connecting the personal computer running the system transfer tool
and the NT11S becomes disconnected or sustains a wire breakage during trans-
fer.

S

Transfer is terminated by pressing any two of the function keys on the panel of
the NT11S.
