Item Function
Original Orientation Specifies the orientation of the original document.
Original Size Specifies the size of the original document.
Paper Size Specifies the output paper size of the recipient. Automatically en-
larges or reduces when the Original Size setting is changed.
Zoom Specifies the enlargement and reduction ratio.
[Authentication/Account
Track] Specifies the user name and password when performing user au-
thentication, and the department name and password when per-
forming account track on this machine.
Item Function
Combination Prints multiple pages on one page, or prints one sheet of an original
document divided on multiple pages. Details can be specified by
clicking the [Combination Details] button.
Skip Blank Pages Does not print blank pages in the data.
Item Function
Watermark Prints a watermark (text stamp) on the page being printed. Water-
marks can be added, changed, or deleted by clicking the [Edit] but-
ton.
Item Function
Device Option Specifies the status of the options that are installed on this machine
and the status of the user authentication and account track func-
tions. Specify the status of each item from the “Setting” drop-down
list.
Acquire Device Informa-
tion Communicates with this machine to read the status of the installed
options.
Acquire Settings Specifies the status of the connection that executes getting the op-
tion information.
