The current flowing through the DUT (device under test) can be measured as the voltage V

detected by the current detection resistance Rs, and the voltage across the DUT can be measured

Set the display unit to impedance, the analysis mode at (CH1/CH2) for the FRA5097, and also,
the CH2 input weighting factor at 1/Rs (for 1.0
Ω<
Rs) to measure the DUT impedance
characteristics and to display them as the amplification gain in the LCD screen. Open correction
and short correction allow measurement by correcting the error factors of the measurement system,
which includes cables and shunt resistance.
