LED Controls and Visual Feedback

The LED chain next to the Touch Strip provides an intuitive visual feedback for each of the

behaviors described above. Depending on the mode selected for the Touch Strip, its LED chain
can be further adjusted via the

Display

and

LED Mode

menus. These menus, along with the

various behaviors of the LED chain, are described in section

↑

23.4.3, Visual Feedback on the

Touch Strips

Touch Control Drop-Down Menu

The

Touch Control

drop-down menu provides two options:

Absolute

and

Relative

▪

When the default option

Absolute

is selected, touching the Touch Strip allows the value of

the controlled parameter to instantly jump to the corresponding position and stay there as
long as the finger is kept on the Touch Strip.

▪

When option

Relative

is selected, the current value of the parameter controlled by the

Touch Strip is preserved when the Touch Strip is touched. Moving the finger up and down
changes the parameter by the corresponding amount.

The

Touch Control

menu is not availbale when

Ball

Stepped

is selected from the

Mode

menu.
