For buttons in Increment mode, the Off state corresponds to the zero value, while the
On state corresponds to a value greater than zero.
Controlling the Button State
The state of each button can be controlled in two ways — internally via your actions on the
button, or remotely via MIDI feedback:

In Toggle mode, both controls are enabled: both your actions on the button and the possi-
bly incoming MIDI messages are taken into account to update the button state.
▪
In Trigger, Gate, and Increment mode, you can choose which control mode you want to use
via the
LED On
menu located in the
Assign
pane of the Inspector.

Adjusting the LED Brightness
You can adjust the LED brightness for both On and Off button states in
File > Preferences >
