3 Troubleshooting
A1: Cannot start the system.
Q1: Check whether the system is plugged in, the main power switch is located to
position and the fuse is intact. If the fuse is blown, replace it as described in Section 15.4
Replacing the Fuse.
A2: No images are displayed on the LCD monitor.
Q2: Check whether the power supply cable and video cable are securely connected.
A3: The LCD monitor displays abnormal.
Q3: Check whether you select the appropriate probe and a compatible exam type, or
optimize imaging parameters correctly. For details, refer to Chapter 6 Acquiring Images.
A4: The measurement cannot be performed after pressing the Calc key on the control
panel.
Q4: Ensure you pressing the Calc key in the frozen mode.
If any of the above problems still exist, please contact the Customer Service Department of
the manufacturer for help.

4 Replacing the Fuse
!
Power off the system and disconnect the power cable from the socket before replacing the
fuse.
Two fuses with specifications of 50CT-T5AH 250V are provided by the
manufacturer. You can also purchase the fuse with the same specifications
for the fuse replacement.
You can replace the fuse under the instructions of the service personnel if
the fuse is blown.
If the fuse is blown again after a replacement, please stop using the
system immediately and contact customer service.
