SDA 13000/11000/9000 DBI Controls
When 13/11/9 GHz is selected, the active channels are either C2 or
C3 or both, providing 40 GS/s sampling on each channel. For 6
GHz bandwidth, all four channels can be used, providing 20 GS/s
sampling on each channel. Channels can be set to allow 13/11/9
GHz and 6 GHz bandwidths at the same time, as shown at left.
Smart Memory
Note:
When the SDA 18000/13000/11000/9000 is in DBI mode, only Fixed Sample Rate sampling is available.
LeCroy's SMART Memory feature ensures the highest time resolution for the time window
displayed, without aliasing. SMART Memory provides these advantages:
•
Acquisition memory is automatically allocated as needed.
•
Memory size optimization: Set Maximum Memory optimizes memory to obtain highest
sampling rate, reducing the risk of aliasing. You can set a maximum memory up to 48 Mpts.
•
Fixed Sample Rate allows setting of a specific sample rate, with the scope calculating the
amount of memory needed for a timebase setting.
•
The entire acquisition is displayed on the screen.
•
High-speed compaction shows all significant features of your waveform.
•
You can set a maximum memory up to 48 Mpts.
