In case of satisfying any of the
following conditions
• Turn off the main power
switch within 1 minute after
printing
• Turn off the main power
switch forcibly while
operating the machine

If the image deterioration occurs
when starting the machine,
perform the head cleaning
manually.
As our assumption, the machine
will recover by repeating the
head cleaning for the left period
within 1 week without cap but
we cannot guarantee more than
1 week. Recovery work with
head cleaning consume the ink.
If the jammed paper is left at
under the head for a long time,
the head is not capped and
white streaks cannot be
resolved due to the non-
discharge nozzle.
When a paper jam occurs under
the print head, the jammed
paper is not released but the
jammed paper remains under
the head even though the
operation for retracting the print
conveying unit to the jam
clearing position is performed.
Perform the head cleaning.
In case of printing with high
density on paper with poor
liquid absorbency, the ink dirt
might occur if rubbing it by a
finger right after printing.
In case of using paper with poor
liquid absorbency.
Use the sample print.
