9. Differential lock

WARNING

To avoid personal injury or death due to loss of
steering control:

• Do not operate the tractor at high speed with

the differential lock engaged.

• Do not attempt to turn with the differential lock

engaged.

• Be sure to release the differential lock before

making a turn in field conditions.

9.1 Selection of differential lock modes

Select any of the following differential lock modes as
required.

9.2 Switching of differential lock modes

For Standard model:

1. Press the top half of the differential lock switch, and

the AUTO differential lock mode is selected and the
indicator on the instrument panel lights up.

2. Press the bottom half of the differential lock switch,

and the manual differential lock mode is selected
and the indicator on the instrument panel lights up.

3. Return the differential lock switch to a central

position, and the differential lock mode turns off and
the indicator goes off.

mode

(C) Differential lock OFF mode

For Premium, Premium KVT models:

1. Each time the differential lock button is pressed, the

manual differential lock mode turns

“ON”

“OFF”

If this mode is

“ON”

, the indicator on the instrument

panel lights up.
Switching to the

“AUTO differential lock”

mode can

be done with the K-monitor.
(See Setting the driveability on page 90.)
