Setting the wrapping material brake to net or chamber film wrapping

Fold out the roll holder (1) to set the wrapping material brake.

Chamber film wrapping:
Hook the eyelet bolt (2) at the lower cone into the holder at the
clamping lever (position (II)).
•
Check whether the dimension is
X=30 mm
. This is the factory setting recommended by
KRONE.
•
Net wrapping:
Hook the eyelet bolt (2) at the upper cone into the holder at the clamping
lever (position (I)).
•
Check whether the dimension is
Y=55 mm
. This is the factory setting recommended by
KRONE.

Chamber film wrapping:
If the stretching of the film of a round bale tied with film is too strong
or too weak, it is possible to increase or reduce the brake force of the wrapping material brake,
see chapter Operation, "Checking the stretching of the inserted film".
Net wrapping:
If the net around the round bale is too loose or too tight, it is possible to set the
brake force.
•
Fold out the roll holder (1) to set the wrapping material brake.
•
Increase the dimension X for chamber film wrapping or Y for net wrapping to increase the
brake force.
•
Reduce the dimension X for chamber film wrapping or Y for net wrapping to reduce the
brake force.
