Move the baffle sheet (1) from position (II) to position (I)
On the left and right side of the machine:
To dismount the bracket (2),
•
remove the linch pin (3),
•
loosen the round-head screw (4),
•
dismount the spring (11) and
•
remove the bracket (2).
•
Remove the linch pin (5).
•
Move the baffle sheet (1) to the lower borehole (11) and secure with the linch pin (5).
To mount the bracket (2),
•
insert the round-head screw (4) into the rear square hole (10) and secure with a spacer
tube (7), disc (8) and locknut (9),
•
place the bracket (2) on the bolt (3) and secure with the linch pin (3) and
•
mount the spring (11).

Cutting system

WARNING! – Maintenance, assembly, repair and adjustment work as well as

Effect: Danger to life, injuries or damage to the machine.
The following general rules apply to all maintenance, assembly, repair and adjustment work as
well as for troubleshooting and fault clearance:
•
Bring the machine to a complete stop.
•
Switch off PTO shaft. Switch off engine, remove the ignition key and carry it with you.
•
Secure tractor and machine against the possibility of rolling back.
•
Secure pick-up by depth limiter.
•
Risk of injury when attaching or removing the blades. The blades should only be touched
with suitable gloves.
•
When working within the bale chamber, always secure the open tailgate on the stop cock
against lowering.

9.12.1 General
Aspects
The machine has a cutting system with a cutting cylinder and fixed blades. Cutting allows for
improved further processing of the round bales and makes it possible to increase the density of
baled material. The blades can be swivelled out of the conveyor channel from the tractor
hydraulically if there are blockages. The cutter safety mechanism prevents the cutters from
being damaged by foreign objects.
It is also possible to switch off the cutting system mechanically.
