If the floor conveyor can’t be tightened enough as described in the manner above or the floor
conveyer tension diminishes, additional tension path can be created by moving the deflection
pulley.
Moving the deflection pulley:
•
Unlock and fold up the side guard on the left (1).
•
Disassemble the plastic material guard left (2).
•
Disassemble the scraper (3) out of position (a) and assemble it in position (b).
•
Loosen and remove the adjusting ring on the screw connection of the deflection shaft (4) via
unscrewing of the threaded pins.
•
Disassemble the screw connection at the deflection shaft (4).
•
Remove the deflection shaft (4) with deflection pulley (5) out of positon (a) and install it in
position (b).
•
Push the adjusting ring on the deflection shaft (4) and secure it with the threaded pin.
•
Assemble the plastic material guard left (2).
•
Lock the side guard on the left (1).
