The user can go to the CLI Interface Global/Interface Configuration Mode to set the Multicast Router 
Present Expiration time for the system or on a particular interface, use the 

ip igmp snooping 

mcrtrexpiretime <0-3600> 

global/interface configuration command. Use the 

no ip igmp snooping 

mcrtrexpiretime 

to return to default value 0.

interface configuration command. Use

no ip igmp snooping mrouter interface|<vlanId> 

disable multicast router attached mode for the 

interface or a VLAN.
