11. Operate the "Attachment Rotate" function. Forward propor-
tional button makes the pin retracts. Reverse proportional
button makes the pin extends.
CAUTION
An assistant should check the movement of the extending
pins as they locate onto the digging boom. The assistant
should warn the machine operator if there is a problem.
Damage could occur if the pins are not correctly aligned.
WARNING

Never use ANY other control to cause the hydraulic pins
to move. This could cause injury, damage or death.

Make sure that the assistant and all other personnel are
not positioned where risk of injury can occur.
12. Attach the safety plates to the exposed ends of the adjustable
pins.
13. Close the valves on the left and right side of the demolition
first boom to isolate the retractable pins.
