Delay_Dial

 A Delay Dial seizure sequence. The originating 

end delays 300 ms to allow the called office to return an off-
hook indication. Outpulsing is enabled 70 ms after off-hook 
received. Trunk type is STD E&M.

 A Foreign Exchange Office seizure sequence. 

Trunk type is Ground Start.
