CT-650 Command-Line Reference Guide

Indicates the FAD type:

Single_FAD

or

Dual_FAD

. This parame-

ter only appears when the specified DCS supports both single- and
dual-FADs. It also does not appear in the DS1 Direct mode. Note
the FAD type before taking default values; some values cause the
test resource to be unavailable.

The desired FEAC alarm message. For a list of available alarm
messages, see

Table 10 on page 188

Any valid UNIX file name. Examples of file names are

my_test

and

ds0_routine_test_commands

. A file name cannot include

the path.

framing_format (DS1)

The DS1 transmit framing format for split/measure:

Auto

Configures the transmitter framing to match the receiver

framing during the DS1 split/measure.

D4

Configures the receiver to accept D4 framing.

–

ESF

Configures the receiver to accept ESF framing.

–

SLC

Configures the receiver to accept SLC-96 framing.

–

Unframed

Configures the receiver to accept an unframed DS1

signal.

framing_format(DS3)

The DS3 framing format:

Auto

Configures the receiver to scan and synchronize to the

detected signal framing and pattern information.

C-Bit

Configures the receiver to accept C-Bit framing.

–

M13

Configures the receiver to accept M13 framing.

–

Unframed

Configures the receiver to accept an unframed DS3

signal.

Sets frequency transmission period from 1.5 to 4.0 seconds in 0.1
second steps. Enter a value as a whole number from 15 to 40.
Examples: 15 = 1.5 seconds, 24 = 2.4 seconds, and 40 = 4.0 sec-
onds. Default is 15.

Sets frequency range for 4 to 300 Hz or 20 to 300 Hz. Default is 4 to
300 Hz.

Sets frequency step size from 10 to 1000 Hz in 1 Hz steps. Default
is 100 Hz.

gain_hit_thres_1

Sets first gain hit threshold from 2 to 10 dB in 1 dB steps. Default is
2 dB.
