The following fields appear in the Time category of the DS3 test results

Signal Loss 

Sec

Number of seconds during which the received signal 
was lost for all or part of a second, since initial signal 
detection.

Tx Freq

Frequency of the transmit clock, measured in Hz. 

RX Freq

Frequency of the clock in the received data, measured 
in Hz.

RX Level

The level of the received signal in dB relative to a 
standard 3-volt base-to-peak signal (DSX level).
