Disassembly

Remove plug and drain oil.
Draw out the dowel pin(8), using a
press.

Pull out the shaft(4) with a press.
Remove seal assembly(5) from idler(1)
and bracket(8).
Remove O-ring(6) from shaft.

Remove the bushing(2) from idler,

using a special tool.
Only remove bushing if replacement is
necessity.
