Clean the bearing and sealing elements, check for damage, and grease.

High viscosity grease (

Position the lower triple clamp with the steering stem. Mount the upper steering

head bearing.

Check whether the upper steering head seal

is correctly positioned.

Mount protective ring

and 0-ring (D.

Position the upper triple clamp with the handlebar.

Mount screw

but do not tighten yet.

Position the clutch line in the guide above the voltage regulator.

Position the fork legs.

✓ Bleeder screws

are positioned toward the front.

The compression damping is located in the left fork leg

Grooves are milled into the side of the upper end of the fork legs. The sec
