Spooler FASTP Network Print Processes Manual — 427528-006

FASTP EMS 512 Text Messages

512

proc-num

is the process number (CPU, PIN) of the process.

device-name

is the Spooler device name.

lpd-message

is a text message from the remote Line Printer Daemon.

Cause. 

This message applies to FASTPTCP only and always occurs together with 

another LPD error message. During the processing of the other error, the remote Line 
Printer Daemon sometimes sends a text message back to FASTPTCP.

Effect. 

Refer to the description of the other error message that appears with this 

message.

Recovery. 

Refer to the description of the other error message that appears with this 

message.

is the name of SVCMACRO that could not be found.
