proc-name
is the process name of the FASTPTCP process.
param2, param3, param4
are parameters that further describe the internal error.
Cause.
An unexpected internal error condition was detected within the FASTPTCP
process.
Effect.
The FASTPTCP process abends and might create a ZZSA
nnnn
Saveabend
file.
Recovery.
Use the Spoolcom DEV command to restart the device. (Depending on the
device configuration, the device might restart automatically.) If the error persists, or the
cause of the error is unknown, contact your service provider as described in
Troubleshooting and Reporting Problems
on page 8-1.

proc-name
is the process name of the FASTPTCP process.
Cause.
Because FASTPTCP processes are started automatically by the Spooler
supervisor using the name configured with Spoolcom PRINT, this message can only
occur when the FASTPTCP process has been improperly started. The most likely
cause is that the TACL RUN command was inadvertently used.
Effect.
The FASTPTCP process stops.
Recovery.
Do not use TACL RUN commands for FASTPTCP processes; use the
normal Spooler mechanism as described in
Configuring a FASTP Network Print
Process
on page 2-4. If the error persists, contact your service provider as described in
Troubleshooting and Reporting Problems
on page 8-1.
