eCDi ™
Each of the 3 RTAC correctors
has 4 possible settings (these are
the same controls as seen on the
HOME screen of the APEX
exciter, shown to the right):
•
Default (Green)
•
Bypass (Yellow)
•
Hold (Yellow)
•
Adapt (Green)
Figure 3-28 shows the eCDi™ RTAC Control screen for APEX and the 4 possible settings.

The buttons (as noted above) are color coded to denote normal operation. Green for the
Default and Adapt buttons and yellow for the Bypass and Hold buttons.
•
Bypass - simply shuts the corrector off.
•
Hold - Holds the corrector in its present state. Will not adapt to changes in the system
and is therefore not a recommended mode of operation (there are of course, excep-
tions).
