The rate of flow dropped below the LO ALARM 
setting in the RATE TOL. menu for the specified 
“ALARM TIME”.

Possible Causes:

1.

Out of material in the feeder.

2.

Faulty auger motor (frozen).

3.

Binding scale or feeder (no change in 
weight).

4.

Bridging material.

5.

Change in consistency of material (got 
thicker of chunks blocked path)

6.

Damaged auger (rod broken)

7.

Analog control output faulty.

8.

Weight applied to scale.

HI RATE ALARM

The rate of flow rose above the “HI ALARM” set-
ting in the RATE TOL. menu for the specified 
“ALARM TIME”.

Possible Causes:

Faulty auger motor (too fast)

Result of bridge material release

Weight removed from scale.
