2. Total Wt displays the accumulated total weight that has passed
through the feeder since the Total Register was cleared.
3. Current Weight in displays the weight of the ingredient currently in
the feeder.
Setting the Flow Rate
NOTE: Complete all Configuration, Setup, and Calibration procedures before setting the
Flow Rate Modes.

(Volumetric Mode)
NOTE: The Manual Control Mode is used when the user wants to control the rate of flow
manually from the front panel. The Exception Control (REC LEVEL) is ignored dur-
ing Manual Control Mode.
NOTE: The OP% can be adjusted with the unit ON or OFF.
Step 1. Press the ‘Set Pt/4" button. The security message appears.
Step 2. Enter the security code number or press the Enter button. The
Set Point Menu appears with the cursor next to the Rate sub-
menu.
Step 3. Setting the Rate
• Press the "Select" button to scroll through all the rate
selections which are:
Manual
Remote (Optional)
Mass Units/Time Units (e.g. 5.00 LB/M)
• Select "Manual". Press the Enter button.
• Press the down arrow to select the Amount sub-menu.
Step 4. Setting the Amount
• Press the "Select" button to scroll through all the rate
selections which are:
Continuous
000.000 Mass Unit (LB, KG, GL, etc)
• Select Continuous. Press the Enter button.
• Press the Exit button. The operational display appears.

Step 5. Always verify that the feeder is loaded.
