NOTE:

If your system does not have C2 load sensors perform "Step 7" below and then the 
Hard Calibration Process.

Step 7. Press the down arrow   button until the cursor is in front of the 

"ZERO" sub-menu.

 Calibration 

Process

Step 1. Make sure the Pre-Calibration and Calibration Setup pro-

cesses are completed before performing the C2 Calibration 
process.

Step 2. Press the "Config" button. The security display appears.
Step 3. 3.If the unit is being calibrated for the first time, use the 

numeric keys and enter the default high code value numbers 
"1 2 3 4".

Step 4. If a high code value other than the default number has been 

entered use that number.

NOTE:

You can press the "Enter" button, but it may or may not permit access to all the cali-
bration parameters you want to change. We highly recommend using the High Code 
number.

Step 5. Press the Enter button. The Main Menu appears.
Step 6. Press the down arrow 

↓

 button until the cursor is next to the 

"Calibration" sub-menu.

Step 7. Press the Enter button. The Mass Units sub-menu appears.
Step 8. Press the down arrow 

↓

 button until the cursor is next to 

REFPT (C2) Reference Point C2.

NOTE:

The reference point is any known "live weight" found on the scale. This value can be 
zero or any known weight up to the scale capacity.

Step 9. If the value is 000.000 (Feeder is empty)

•

Press the Enter button.

•

Wait until the display stabilizes (about 12 seconds), i.e. 
when the numbers stop changing.

•

Press the Enter button to accept the value and calibrate the 
instrument.

Step 10. If the value is anything other than zero (Feeder has material)

•

Press the Clear button.

•

Use the numeric keys and enter the live weight that is cur-
rently on the scale.

•

Press the Enter button.

•

Wait until the display stabilizes (about 12 seconds), i.e. 
when the numbers stop changing.

•

Press the Enter button to accept the value and calibrate the 
instrument.

•

The  C2

®

 Calibration is complete. The controller functions 

as a scale at this point.
