Step 6. Set the Amount to Continuous.
Step 7. Press the Exit button to return to the Operating Display.
Step 8. Set the OP% for the application to either .1%, 1% or 10%
(See Chapter 5)
Step 9. Press the Start button to start the feeder.
Step 10. Press the up arrow

to increase the speed of the feeder motor.
Step 11. Watch the feeder to see when flow rate starts to level off or
when cavitation first occurs and not down the OP%. In Fig. 6-
35 the graph above the flow starts to level off at about 74% of
output span and the rate is about 11.6 lbs/m.
Step 12. Stop the feeder.
Step 13. Press on the Config. button. The security prompt appears.
Step 14. Enter the Security Code Number and press the Enter button.
The Main Menu appears.
Step 15. Press the down arrow

button until the cursor is to the left of
the Tuning/Control Menu.
Step 16. Press the Enter button. The Tuning/Control Menu appears.
Step 17. Press the down arrow
↓
button until the cursor is to the left of
the Control Out HI% Sub-Menu. (See Fig. 6-38)
Step 18. Press the Clear button to clear the value.
Step 19. Use the numeric keys to enter the new percentage In our
example (See Fig. 6-39) we entered 74.
