Note:
Based on network performance, you need to make RIP timers of RIP routers identical
to each other to avoid unnecessary traffic or route oscillation.
2.4.2 Configuring Split Horizon and Poison Reverse
Note:
If both split horizon and poison reverse are configured, only the poison reverse function
takes effect.
I. Enabling split horizon
The split horizon function disables an interface from sending routes received from the
interface to prevent routing loops between adjacent routers.
