FLASH MEMORY
This chapter describes the functions and operation of
the 128K-bit flash memory. The following three methods
are available for writing data to and erasing data from
the flash memory:
1. Parallel programmer
2. Writing/erasing data using a serial programmer
3. Executing programs to write/erase data
This chapter explains "Executing programs to write/
erase data".
Note:
A user must create a serial programmer for
writing.
