If the paper is torn, check that no torn pieces are left in the
machine.

Return lever R10 to the
original position and push
back the tri-fold output
tray R9.

Close the right door of the finisher.

Paper jam at unit R17, lever R18, and knob R19
The following message will be displayed if paper is jammed. Follow the instructions below to clear the
jammed paper.
Procedure
1
Open the right door of the finisher.

1. Open Finisher right door.
2. Pull out Unit R17 and turn Knob R19 anti-clockwise.
3. Remove jammed sheets from the left side of Unit R17.
4. Return Unit R17 to original position.
Close Finisher right door.
