Sending Scanned Files Automatically

If the Auto send feature is set to a mailbox, files can be transferred automatically by E-mail or FTP.

The user name, password, and destination folder required for logging onto the FTP server should be
specified before using the FTP service.

Setting the transfer protocol

The following procedure explains how to transfer scanned files.

Confirm the FTP address, user name, password, and the destination folder of the file through your
network administrator.

If Single-page TIFF is selected for File Format, all the page are transferred.
