Click Open Mailbox.
The Select File dialog box is displayed, and you can check the file(s) saved in
the specified Mailbox.
When specifying Delete:
Deletes the selected file from the file list. Select Yes to delete the file. To cancel
the deletion, select No.
When specifying Change Scanner:
The Network Scanner Driver dialog box appears. You can change another
scanner connected to the network.
Select the scanner you want to change, and click Select Scanner. When you
have finished changing the scanner settings, return to step 4.
When specifying Save:
The Save dialog box appears.
In Temporary Destination, you can specify the temporary save location when
downloading files from the FTP server. Click the button displayed on the right to
select a folder from the Browse Folder dialog box.

Select a file and right-click, then
select Import, Delete, or Edit from
the menu.

If you select Name, Date, or Size in
the header area, the files are sorted
accordingly.
