Installing the Scanner Driver

This section explains how to install the software that is required to download files saved in a Mailbox to a client
computer.
When using application software on the client computer to connect to the Mailbox, the network scanner driver
must be installed.

●

You can download files by FTP with a Web browser or a common FTP tool. For details, refer to “7.5.4 Downloading files with a
Web browser” and “7.5.5 Downloading files Using FTP”

About the Operating Environment

The following describes the operating environments that are required to download files saved in a
Mailbox.

• Microsoft Windows NT 4.0 Workstation (Service Pack 4 or later) (English Version)
