Slide back the HCF to the
right, until it is connected
to the machine.

Paper jam between HCF and copier

The following message will be displayed if paper is jammed between the HCF and the copier. Follow
the procedure below to remove the jammed paper.

Procedure

1

Slide the HCF to the left,
until the end.

Paper Jam

1.

Side Tray 6 (High Capacity Feeder) to the left.

2.

Open the top cover on the lower left side of the 
machine and remove jammed paper.

3.

Close cover and push the tray back into place.
