Parts of the images are not
copied.
Is the paper moist or damp?
If the paper is damp, parts of the image
may not be copied or the copies may
not be clear. Replace with paper from a
new ream.
Is the paper in the tray folded or
wrinkled?
Replace with paper from a new ream.
Is the document pasted together or
folded?
The pasted or folded parts of the
documents are bent and do not lie
completely flat on the document glass.
Place a stack of paper on the document
to flatten it.
The images are skewed.
Is the document loaded properly?
Load the documents correctly.

Load the documents properly and align
the document guide with the side of the
document.
