OPENING THE CRANKCASE
❍
Unscrew the first two M8x90
screws on the clutch-side casing at
the vertical cylinder location.
❍
Overturn the crankcase and
unscrew the other screws on
casings.
●
Re-use alternator cover (or a
service cover as shown in the
picture) with puller part no.
88713.1749
fitted. Secure it to the
casing using three original opposite
screws.
❍
Turn the puller center pin and at
the same time tap the gearbox
secondary shaft with a plastic
hammer until the two casings
separate.
❍
Remove the alternator-side
casing. Take care not to lose the
shims on the gearbox shaft, the
crankshaft and the selector drum
shaft.
❍
Remove the inner ring from the
primary shaft and insert it in the
corresponding bearing in the
alternator-side casing.
❍
Lever with a screwdriver to
remove mesh filter.
APERTURA CARTER
❍
Svitare per prime le due viti,
M8x90, poste sul semicarter
frizione, in corrispondenza della
sede del cilindro verticale.
❍
Capovolgere il carter e svitare le
rimanenti viti di fissaggio dei due
semicarter.
●
Riutilizzare il coperchio alternatore
(o un coperchio di servizio come in
foto) con l’estrattore cod.
88713.1749 montato; fissarlo al
semicarter con tre viti originali
diametralmente opposte.
❍
Azionare il perno centrale
dell’attrezzo e
contemporaneamente battere con
un martello in plastica sull’albero
secondario del cambio fino ad
ottenere la separazione dei
semicarter.
❍
Rimuovere il semicarter
alternatore prestando attenzione ai
rasamenti installati in
corrispondenza degli alberi cambio,
motore e tamburo selettore.
❍
Rimuovere dall’estremità
dell’albero primario l’anello interno
e introdurlo nel relativo cuscinetto
sul semicarter alternatore.
❍
Rimuovere il filtro a rete, facendo
leva con un cacciavite.
