MONTAGGIO POMPA ACQUA
E COPERCHIO ALTERNATORE
▲
Infilare la rosetta (1), il cuscinetto
schermato (2) ed infine il cuscinetto
(3).
▲
Inserire la rosetta (1) con lo
spigolo vivo rivolto verso il
cuscinetto come illustra il disegno in
sezione riportato a lato.
▲
Piantare i due cuscinetti nel
carter, riscaldando preventivamente
la zona di inserimento con un phon e
spingendo i cuscinetti con un
apposi-to tampone, in modo da
spingere sull’anello esterno dei
cuscinetti.
▲
Montare le due viti con relativa
rosetta (il lato zigrinato deve essere
rivolto verso la testa della vite) e
serrale alle coppie prescritte.
▲
Montare sul coperchio alternatore
il cuscinetto (4) di estremità
dell’albero motore con relativo
anello di ritegno (5).
▲
Montare il distanziale statore (10)
alternatore con l’alternatore (6)
bloccandoli con le 3 viti (7).
▲
Montare la piastrina bloccaggio
cavo uscita con le due viti relative
(8).
▲
Montare i due bocchettoni uscita
acqua (9).
●
Capovolgere il coperchio.
●
Passare uno strato di grasso sulla
sede controfaccia.
ASSEMBLING THE WATER
PUMP AND THE ALTERNATOR
COVER

Fit washer (1), shielded bearing (2)
and bearing (3).
▲
Fit washer (1). Its sharp edge
should face the bearing, as shown in
the cross section drawing.
▲
Heat up the bearing seat with a
hairdryer and then drive the two
bearings into the casing using a drift
positioned onto the bearing outer
ring.
▲
Fit the two screws and their
washers. The knurled side of the
washer should face the screw head.
Tighten to the specified torque.
▲
Fit the bearing (4) and its stop ring
(5) into the alternator cover.
▲
Fit the stator spacer (10) and
alternator (6). Secure by means of
the three screws (7).
▲
Fit the cable plate by means of
the two screws (8).
▲
Fit the two water fillers (9).
●
Turn the cover upsidedown.
●
Apply a layer of grease into the
counter-washer seat.
