Importante
Quando si sostituiscono le
ghiere di servizio con quelle
definitive utilizzare sempre ad ogni
montaggio ghiere nuove.
●
Utilizzando la bussola in dotazione
all’attrezzo 88713.1806 , abbinato ad
una chiave dinamometrica, bloccare
le ghiere (35) alla coppia di serraggio
prescritta.
COMPONENTI SEMICARTER
I semicarter devono risultare integri
e perfettamente puliti. Le superfici
di accoppiamento devono risultare
perfettamente piane ed esenti da
bave.
Note
È estrememente importante
pulire molto accuratamente i carter
ponendo estrema attenzione anche
a tutti i passaggi olio interni.
Semicarter lato frizione
Sul lato interno del semicarter devo-
no essere presenti:
- il cuscinetto (1) di estremità
dell’albero secondario;
- il cuscinetto (2) di supporto
dell’albero primario, fissato con viti
e rosetta di ritegno;
- il cuscinetto di banco (3) con
relativa bussola;
- il cuscinetto a rulli (4) con seeger di
arresto (5) in corrispondenza
dell’albero rinvio distribuzione.
Sul lato esterno del semicarter devo-
no essere presenti:
- il tappo (6) di chiusura del condotto
di lubrificazione principale;
- serrare alla coppia prescritta;
- il nipplo (7) per il filtro olio a cartuc-
cia, usando il frenafiletti prescritto;
- avvitare il tappo di chiusura by-pass
radiatore e cianfrinare in 4 punti a
90° (come rappresentato
nell’illustrazione);
Caution
When fitting final ring nuts,
always use new ring nuts.

Using the bush supplied with tool
part no.
88713.1806
together with a
torque wrench, tighten the ring nuts
(35) to the specified torque.
CASING PARTS
Casings should be undamaged and
perfectly clean. Mating surfaces
should be perfeclty flat and without
burrs.
Note
Perfect cleaning of the
casings is of major importance,
especially for inner oil channels.
Clutch-side casing
The following parts should be fitted
into the casing:
- bearing (1) for secondary shaft end;
- support bearing (2) for primary
shaft secured by means of screws
and check washer;
- main bearing (3) with bush;
- roller bearing (4) with snap ring (5)
at timing lay shaft.
The following parts should be fitted
to the casing outer side:
- plug (6) for main lubrication duct;
- tighten to the specified torque;
- nipple (7) for oil cartridge filter.
Apply the required threadlocker ;
- screw the cooler by-pass plug and
and caulk at 90° in 4 points (as
shown in the figure);
