MONTAGGIO INGRANAGGI
COMANDO DISTRIBUZIONE
▲
Posizionare le linguette (1) e (2)
nelle rispettive cave dell’albero
comando distribuzione e dell’albero
motore.
❍
Scegliere la linguetta di
accoppiamento tra albero rinvio
distribuzione e corona rinvio
distribuzione in modo da
minimizzare il gioco di
accoppiamento; a tale proposito
utilizzare la selezione tra le due
disponibili.
▲
Inserire gli ingranaggi sui rispettivi
alberi allineando i riferimenti
presenti sulla corona dentata (vedi
illustrazione a fianco).
●
Verificare che non ci sia
interferenza tra gli ingranaggi.
▲
Posizionare sull’albero comando
distribuzione la rondella di sicurezza
(3) e il dado (4), lubrificato con
grasso prescritto.
▲
Bloccare il dado (4) alla coppia
prescritta, facendo reazione sulla
puleggia con l’attrezzo

sul lato opposto dell’albero.

Ripiegare la rondella (3) sul dado
(4).
ASSEMBLING THE TIMING
CONTROL GEARS
▲
Position the keys (1) and (2) into
their seats on timing shaft and
crankshaft.
❍
Choose the suitable key for timing
layshaft and timing idle wheel
coupling so to limit coupling
clearance to a minimum; use one of
the two selections available.
▲
Fit the gears into the shafts and
align them with the marks on the
sprocket (see figure).

Ensure that gears can move freely.
▲
Lubricate the nut (4) with
specified grease and then fit the nut
and the safety washer (3) into the
timing shaft.
▲
Tighten nut (4) to the specified
torque while keeping the roller with
tool part no.

opposite side of the shaft.

Bend washer (3) onto nut (4).
