RIMONTAGGIO VOLANO E
ROTORE ALTERNATORE
▲
Inserire sull’albero motore il
distanziale interno (1).
▲
Qunidi il gruppo volano motore (2)
con il riferimento allineato con la
scalanatura sull’albero motore.
▲
Inserire la molla a tazza (3) con la
parte più larga rivolta verso il volano.
▲
Inserire il dado (4) ed impuntare a
mano.
●
Bloccare la rotazione del volano
con l’attrezzo cod. 041.1.075.1A e
serrare il dado alla coppia prescritta.
ASSEMBLING THE FLYWHEEL
AND ROTOR
▲
Fit the inner spacer (1) into the
crankshaft.
▲
Then fit the flywheel assembly
(2). The mark should be aligned with
the crankshaft groove.
▲
Fit the Belleville washer (3); its
larger side should be facing the
flywheel.
▲
Install the nut (4) and snug it by
hand.
●
Keep the flywheel in position with
the tool part no. 041.1.075.1A and
tighten nut to the specified torque.
