Function
Value in AD (analog-digital)-points corresponding to the minimal axis position.
Description
As there is in this case no encoder and therefore no reference pulse to determine the position of
the axis you have to measure the position. If the control knows which voltage corresponds to the
minimal and the maximal position, then each position in between can be determined.
The value of the analog input of the module varies between 0 V and 10 V. The accuracy of the
analog inputs is 10 bits, meaning that you can divide the 10 V into 1024 steps or AD-points. So
1 V corresponds with 102.4 AD-points.
Move the axis to the minimal mechanical position (this corresponds with the programmed Min.
Value), measure the voltage between the analog input and the 0V and calculate the
corresponding AD-points. This value should be entered.
