Detection
Malfunction is detected from the current values while waveform is outputted prior to the
startup of compressor.
Malfunction is detected from the values detected by the current sensor in synchronized
operation at startup.

An overcurrent (OCP) flows while waveform is outputted.
The current sensor malfunctions while in synchronized operation.
IGBT malfunctions.

• Faulty IPM
• Faulty current sensor
• Faulty IGBT or drive circuit
Troubleshooting
Caution
Be sure to turn off power switch before connect or disconnect connector,
or parts damage may be occurred.
Turn OFF the power supply
once, and then ON it again.
Is the power supply
normally reset?
YES
NO
There are possible external
causes (e.g. noises) other than
failures.
Replace the inverter PCB (A3P).
